The Blue Sexlink is another cross similar to the Brown Sexlink, Black Sexlink, and Amber Sexlink. This cross consist of Plymouth Rock and Andalusian genetics. The male chicks hatch out smokey grey/blue with a white dot on their head and the female chicks hatch out solid blue/smokey grey with no dot on their head. As adults the females will be a grey/blue color. The males will have the same grey/blue color, but will show a barring pattern. This cross is an excellent producer of large to extra large brown eggs. Hens can be expected to lay 275+ eggs per year. Males reach a decent weight for processing at around four months of age.
