Golden Cuckoo Marans are an extremely rare color variety of Marans that adds a big bang of color and texture to your egg basket! They look similar to the standard black and white Cuckoo Marans, but have showy golden bars (stripes) against white, as well as feathered legs! These Golden Cuckoos Marans lay caramel to chocolate colored eggs ranging from matte to fine point speckles and large splotches! Females tend to be darker than the males at hatch, allowing us to perfect their "auto-sexing" feature! Golden Cuckoo Marans are marked with YELLOW leg bands.
