"We Talk to Our Eggs" We are a small Boutique Breeder of a select few rare breeds of poultry. We are blessed with Beautiful Purebred - Welsh Harlequin Ducks. The Harlequin is on the Endangered Species “watch” list only recently coming back from the critical list. All of our Poultry is bred to the APA standard of Perfection, or SOP. "Welshies" are dual purpose birds – laying 240-330 “Extra-Large” eggs starting at 5-7 months & producing a lean meat. They are an estimated 4.5 to 6 lbs. at maturity & considered a “light-breed” (not near as large as Peking’s) making them ideal for small farms or urban residences that want to raise their own food sources.
