We're a micro-farm in Ramona raising all natural heritage American Guinea Hog pork and all grass-fed Angus beef. They have acreage, trees, roaming freely, eating only natural grains and grasses, getting love and respect all their lives, with just "one bad day" at the end. We don't believe in the cruel transport and abattoir conditions, and our livestock are dispatched at our farm with as little trauma as possible. 100% born and raised in Ramona! Each 10# meat box includes our Ramona born and raised all natural, free range pork and/or beef. The meat is inspected, processed, shrink wrapped, and flash frozen by a local licensed butcher shop. A typical box comes with cuts such as beef roast, steaks, ham slice, pork chops... it is all based on what we have available. By the pound specialty cuts such as filet mignon, porterhouse, tri-tip etc may be added as well, please inquire. We also carry organ meats and bones!
